Wish Discovery Volunteer Connections-Virtual

MUST BE AN ACTIVE WISH DISCOVERY VOLUNTEER TO REGISTER.

Join us for our quarterly interactive learning and engagement session designed to bring together Wish Discovery Volunteers and Mission Staff. These sessions are an opportunity to learn from one another, share experiences, and strengthen the bonds that drive our mission forward. Whether you are a seasoned wish discovery volunteer or new to the team, this is a unique chance to learn about wish policies and procedures, tools to assist in wish discovery (based on a wish child’s age, communication abilities, etc.), and more.

These sessions aim to enhance the wish discovery phase for our wish children and families, with the ultimate goal of discovering the best (and multiple!) wish ideas for each child

Wish Celebration Volunteer Connections-Virtual

MUST BE AN ACTIVE WISH CELEBRATION VOLUNTEER TO REGISTER. IF YOU NEED TO BE TRAINED AS A WISH CELEBRATION VOLUNTEER, REFER TO THE TRAINING SECTION ABOVE.

Designed to bring together wish celebration volunteers and mission staff, these new interactive sessions will provide wish celebration volunteers with a valuable opportunity to learn, connect, share experiences with each other, and strengthen the bonds that drive our mission forward.

Whether you are a seasoned wish celebration volunteer or new to the team, you'll gain insights into wish policies and procedures, tools to enhance wish boosts and celebrations (tailored to a child’s age, communication abilities, and more), and practical strategies to make the wish boost and celebration responsibilities simpler, more impactful, and more fun!

These sessions focus on the wish celebration volunteer role, which supports families during the wish creation and wish granted phases of the wish journey. The main goals of the wish celebration volunteer role are to build hope and anticipation through wish boosts and to celebrate the child’s wish.
